I believe it's a little too much for me.

I would give anything to change my current project. I barely have 4 years experience and yet they want me to do a lot. Half of the time, I struggle with the work load a lot more than one can believe.

My previous project is nothing like this. So, do you get stressed a lot as well, because of your work?

In my previous job yes, as people either left or got made redundant, and the posts were not replaced. I beleive in good quality work and can't do that overloaded.

My current job isn't like that. Busy, but good.

If I were you, I wouldn't call it stress. You are among the lucky few who at least have a job. We all wish we had one. I suggest you find a way to delegate instead. Find someone to help, or tell your immediate supervisor that it is a little too much for you. That way, it will be a win-win for both of you.

I don't work now, but I never have been really stressed when it comes to work, I just notice that I sleep less, and in turn makes me groggy throughout the day.

That complaint about stressed out from work overload is common to the younger generation. Pardon me but it is just my observation and I am not generalizing. My usual advice is to think that you are earning from your job. If you are not happy then try quitting so you will know which is more stressful - having that kind of job or not having a job at all? Of course, there are exceptions but my take is always the benefit of yourself against the benefit of your employer.

I don't get stressed out during working hours, I might just be tired. And i try to rest. I will advise you talk to your boss o we it. We should learn to talk, it is the most cheapest gift ever.

When I worked in a restaurant the job could be quite stressful. Now a days at my current job, after 5+ years I still enjoy what I do and it's not that stressful.

I do not have any work-related stress and tension in my life. I am a school teacher, I work in a community school. I get paid by the government. No one can fire me. I will retire after 20 years of service and after retirement, I will receive a pension. Sometimes kids do get on my nerves, however, I do not take them too seriously, if they do not study, it is their life that is going to be spoiled.
