My first pet was a border collie named Glenn. He was a fantastic dog, loved him very much. He stayed behind the UK with my older brother when we moved, but he kept us up to date on things right through his life. Have had four border collies since then, including Skye, my current dog .
I honestly can't remember the first pet I owned because we always had them at home when I was a child but I guess the first dog I owned since I had my own place would be Jodie, a collie cross and Holly a long haired tabby cat. Jodie died at the age of 13 and Holly disappeared at the age of 14. I'm proud to say all my pets live a long life and when I get them it is for life. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of either of them.
The very first pet I ever had was a cat when I was younger and he was a family pet. We called him TV (Tom Cat) and unfortunately, we lost him when he wandered off to a main road a little away from us and was run over by a car. Ever since then my mum and even myself now when we get anything like a cat we are so cautious about how far they go with having a road close to us and a railway line as well.
