Movies Shrek 5

Looks like they are doing another one, has anyone here watched any of them?

I watched the first one, and that was really enough Shrek for me. Haven't seen any of the subsequent ones, but the first one was ok. Can't say I'm looking forward to this one, though I suppose I should never say never!

I have watched the first and second movies. Never bothered with the third one and I wasn't even aware that there was a fourth Shrek movie. Hopefully this new one will be good and not just a quick cash-grab

So many of them with 5 and 6 it's hard to keep up

Plot: Plot unknown. A soft-reboot of the animated "Shrek" franchise.

So it is more of a remake of Shrek 1? That would be very confusing to people watching them in order.

I agree, they are doing it to so many old movies now.

And some are not even that old. They need new ideas and new "universes" to be created, it just feels like the last decade or two has lost its creative nature in the arts even though we have the tools to create things that the old content creators never even dreamed would exist.

Back in the mid 90's were the best for movies, like you said @Uncrowned they can't come up with any good ideas.
