I've always liked Regina King as an actress. I didn't realize Selena had her hand in multiple industries. I think it's awesome that she's an advocate for mental health. A lot of folks look up to her and it's about time that we remove the stigma when it comes to our well being mentally.

I agree with you on that, many people still hide Mental health issues until it's to late. I may a add a section on here for that.
