Hi? How much time do you take to meditate and have that time to plan and destress yourself? I started recently, barely two weeks have passed since but I haven't stopped. I try and take that one hour to three hours to meditate and do some small exercises and feel so much better afterwards. How do you meditate?

You should. I am sure everyone meditates when they are deep In thoughts, but the trick is to stop thinking of what's stressing you. I do both currently and I pray I don't stop especially exercises. I am sore right now, but no pain, no gain.
 
I like meditation but to be honest I very seldom do it. Being a busy person my mind is always on the go which makes it difficult for me to concentrate. Meditation needs full concentration and focus on what you are thinking or what you want to express using your mind. I cannot do it with ease.

There is nothing to impossible my friend. When you feel your concentration is less, that's the time to do it. Don't give up. I know when we have a lot stressing us or a lot on our mind, it becomes hard but don't stop. You know yourself better. Find out when your concentration is at it's best. Is it when you wake up? We are all different, don't compare yourself to anyone. If it's not working now, don't quit. Find out why first.
 
I don't want to meditate at all, I don't want to even try doing it, I don't see any reason why I should do it. I get distracted when listening to long sounds in the first place.

Well, I have practiced different kinds of meditation methods, however, I am not a regular meditator. I understand the benefits of meditation for mental health, however, I don't meditate regularly. However, sometimes when I feel sad or depressed, I immediately sit on meditation. It does not matter where I am, I can meditate at any place, even while sitting on a chair at the office.
