The famous Manila Bay is getting a face lift with the white sand that is being transported from a faraway province. The environment department said that the sand was not really white sand but crushed dolomite. Now it is getting to be an issue because environmental groups are mentioning the potential hazard of the dolomite sand. But in fairness to the project, no one could present solid proof of their harmful claims. When the project is done, Manila Bay will have a semblance of a white sand beach.
