I’ve just calmed down today after calling a crisis hotline and doing some therapy exercises, guided meditation, breathing exercises and yoga. So, the slightest question from anyone else, I’d take it as “bossing me around”. Because I’m also paranoid and have BPD, I always take it as a personal offence anything and harassment. Life has been a little overwhelming with the birthday celebrations around the house, I’d like to personally apologize to all for my rudeness. But since I have Asperger’s, I’ve no idea about how to deal with my angry outbursts and etc. I’ve called someone on the crisis hotline today. My apologies everyone.

It's good that you know what you are doing. It simply means that you're conscious of something that may happen.

If you will be asked why are you having that way, you can directly the person on the crisis hotline. It would be ready for them to trace down the root cause of your psychosis.

By the way, how old are you? As the person is aging or growing old, his manners and behavior do affect his mental health. Problems, stress, depression or anything that may bring him down due to failures or discontent may also affect person's actions and situations.

Hope everything be put in order and you may gain your sound mind. So be it.

Oh you're not young anymore in which you can't handle your case. I have read your a out personal problem in life for you have posted it here and it has become a public issue unless others won't take action on that. I'm afraid you are going to have this discussion closed.

You have been to a psychiatrist and it took several years for you to handle it. I don't if you're really cured or not. For you have come up with your psychotic issue in life. Well, I know you're aware of yourself. You're aware of what is going within yourself for you are able to relate here.

Hope yourself and your doctor will get you out of this mess. God bless.

Definitely not me, I'm quite sane all my life, but I would suggest that if you have problems with your health, then always consult your doctor.
