Seems the world has changed in many ways in the last 50 years, In general, many just don't care anymore in regards to caring for our planet.
Look at the continued effort people are putting in just to clean up our waters, tons and more tons of garbage are being pulled out of the oceans now than ever before, that tells me people are still doing it but why is the question.
It boggles the mind as to why people do this.

I think we were more into peace back then than we are now. Because we CHOSE to be. Now, it's forced. Believe what others believe or you are shunned. There's also a lot of "greenwashing". So many companies jump on a bandwagon to be a "Look at me" & are not doing it for the right reasons. I don't see much honesty out there either. Even manners, common courtesy, common decency, being a human BEing is pushed to the wayside.
