I may be getting very old that my taste buds had changed. When I was young I loved sweets particularly cake and ice cream, chocolates and candies too. But now I seldom eat cake and ice cream although I have some chocolate bars in the fridge that I seldom it. My wife said that it is good that I am not fond of sweets anymore because that can somehow prevent diabetes.

I still have my sweet tooth and cravings occasionally. I love cake and candies. I guess brokenness is why I am not having much of those.

I plan to have more snacks in the fridge after reading this. What's sad is I know someone may come across them and eat all of them.

It's a natural progression, our tastes change as we change. Someone we once liked when we were young can repulse us when we get older, and things we used to loathe may be our favourite foods later on in life. It's a shame when you lose the yummy stuff, but it is also quite helpful if they're not appealing to you!

I've never been a big cake eater but I do like ice cream in the summer months, not so much in the winter. My downfall is chocolate and I always have a little in the house to stop myself going crazy.

I have lost appetite for instant noodles, Maggi especially. It is not like I ate them a lot,I only ate them occasionally but still I don't like to eat them now.
