I get mine every two years as it's required to keep my commercial driver's license.
General I only go for my yearly checkup, but I do also have to deal with a full work up in physical at work every year and also some additional physicals due to being a foster parent. So technically I guess it could be three, but two of those are mostly just blood work and making sure I'm alive.

I still get mice every two years for my commercial driver's license, other than that I stay away from doctors.
