When I was suffering from indigestion too often I had to consult a doctor because it is not a joke anymore to be having stomach ache every day. The advice is to eat 6 small meals a day. That's breakfast, snack in the mid morning, lunch, snack in mid afternoon, early dinner and then late dinner. The serving is half of my usual amount of meal. Instead of 1 cup of rice I would have half a cup only. That did the trick. Now I am free of indigestion.
