How I can reduce my belly fat?

Hello folks can you suggest any effective ways to reduce my belly fat?
Hi Mike,

well the most ideal way would be to stick to a strict diet and going on some light jogging every other day, i do that and also situps every day i find helps try to remove the beer belly i tend to get ;)

A bulging belly is the problem of my wife. My take on her issue is because she is always sitting even after eating. I advised her to take a short walk of 2 to 3 minutes every hour just to give her belly a rest from the pressure. No soda and any carbonated drink. Of course, you need to help by lesser food and more exercise. One good exercise for the belly is the push up. I do that every morning, from 30 to 40 push ups.

Follow a military work out routine. The Air Force actually has a pretty simple one.

To do,.to possess or to accomplish something, you should answer the following questions in affirmative:

1. Are you really determined to do it?
2. Do you a regular time or schedule?
3. Are you willing to sacrifice your time and effort without second thought?
4. Are you all out to sacrifice, anything in connection with your project realization?
5. Are you consistent in pursuing it?

These things like determination, schedule, time and effort, sacrifice, and consistency are the effective key factors to a success whatever you may do in your life.

I'm for sure you can have an optimal belly size. And remember it's too personal.

There is no easy way out apart from a disciplined life style. I believe, once you start practicing, it becomes the part of life and it does not really comes as a burden. I mean, even if what one is doing is still doing that even if that's done without a conscious choice!

I'm a regular Gym goer and it feels like sin if I miss the exercise for a day*. Based on that experience, I'd say - if goal is only to bring down belly fat - start with walking every day for 20 minutes. Once you're in this habit, change first 10 minutes of walk to brisk-walk. In the morning, take luke-water with a tea-spoon honey and 2-3 drops of lemon juice. Try it for a month, should help you. There can be further exercises; suggest to start with what is easy and possible.

Good Luck!

You are correct, Mildredtabitha. Discipline is the key. I'd perceive 'changing habits' as being disciplined. A days' discipline is not going to get you the results. It has to be consistent effort and it does work. Remember, the belly fat didn't show up overnight, it was a pattern, a habit, you never noticed. To get away from it would require equal effort.

Good luck!

Discipline and following a routine is the key to maintain good diet and exercise regime. People usually start a good diet and exercise plan which is very effective but fail to keep it up due to lack of discipline., It has happened to me too!:sneaky:
