Here's a better idea if you're good at art. Try providing a customizing service, customizing shoes, shirts, jackets, pants and charge people for that. Then save that money and start your own ornaments selling business.

I myself do not sell handmade items but I do know people that do. One is my auntie and one is a friend I have whom I met through video game content creation. My auntie makes her own jewelry and she sells it on Facebook and also Etsy. She makes all kinds that suit everyone some with quotes on and even make custom jewelry as well which many buy as gifts. They seem to sell really well and her business is doing well.

My friend makes wax melts and she too also makes them unique and also custom as well if possible. She sells these on Etsy and they seem to do really well.
