Covid - a former community officer tested positive after a drinking spree

They community officer joined a drinking session with his friends in the neighborhood not knowing that he is positive of covid that he got the test results on the next day. The carrier was his son who was also in another gathering. The question now is not really the covid but their involvement in such a gathering when the area is under quarantine which means it is not allowed to go out of the house. Now that is one case that may be the reason for the unabated spread of the contamination.
