When I was younger I was dumb enough to buy into a few of them, and when you're naive enough to listen to the pseudoscience they parade around as fact it makes a certain level of sense to you, so I get why some do fall for them. Once you grow up a bit, though, you realize just how ridiculous most of them are, and just how awful the whole "movement" surrounding conspiracy theories and conspiracy theorists are. I can't get over just how many people take InfoWars and Alex Jones seriously, that's truly terrifying! If anyone has ever taken anything they've had to say with any sincerity, I just feel sorry for them. Alex Jones is a moron, and even that is slightly aspirational for just how idiotic he truly is, and conspiracy/"false flag" nonsense that comes up every single time something happens is just ludicrous. Do any digging at all into anything he has to say and it falls apart in seconds. Yet there he is, with his audience and his social media nonsense going on and on and on about whatever idiotic premise he can push on people that day. So long as he can scream it as loud as possible into his fake little news set microphone then he's happy.
