Bottled water

I have started distrusting bottled water these days. Recently, there was a study that said that most of them included traces of plastic bottles because of the way they are handled. It was shocking to me because I travel a lot and consume bottled water when necessary. Even good eateries provide bottled water instead of native solutions.

I will drink bottled water, but it is mostly just filtered tap water and I generally just filter my own tap water as I'm cheap.

We use a cleansing system which is very good. We have a water supply and it is decent. But to be sure, we run it through a multi-process filtering system.

To be honest, a single filter and boiling should be enough.

Up until a few years ago we had to use bottled water as well, the town we are in had put in a new line with a new source of water so we can now drink nice clean water from the taps.

Some of the bottled water could be problems because of the methods they use for filtering. I'm allergic to charcoal and with those types of filters my throat closes up. I try to get the bottles filled from the stream but that's almost similar to my well water. It's just convenient at times when I'm going to be out for a long time.

If I need it, I'll drink from a bottle of water especially if I'm outside since I don't want to bother carrying a large bottle around. Otherwise, I just use tap water.

I would think the tap water in your area is good to drink?

Let us hope that top brands deal with bottled water with care. ie, without things that would actually harm us.

It is always good to use water from a filter if available.
