Body painting is one of the kind of art form which caught my interest recently while I was taking a late afternoon walking exercise while passing a newly opened cafe outlet.

It had conducted a display of artist's skill on body painting. There were around 5 models and there were 5 artists too. Since those artists were busy painting their models, I continued taking a walk and planned to get back when all the body painting is done.

Out of 5 models, I liked the one who depicted the conservation of flora and fauna. His body was painted with a Bengal tiger on his breast, fishes on his legs, and big head of bird on his back.

Wow! Amazing skill of the artists. What was the general theme of this display?
I have mentioned it earlier in my text probably you have overlooked it. The models have their entire body painted with the creation of God like the flora and fauna to depict of their conservation.

Now have you gotten it? It's the conservation of nature especially plants, trees, flowers which are referred to flora. And the other one is fauna which is composed of birds, animal like tiger and sea creatures like turtles and fishes.

Those who acted as model are man, woman and a kid. I don't know if they receive any payment for modeling and also the artists from the proprietor of the newly opened cafe shop.

Body painting is indeed an intricate art form. I personally am not into it, but I will appreciate it when I see it. I'm not really a fan of drawings on your body.

You're right there. I do respect your opinion. Everyone has his own taste or preference as far as art is concerned.

It depends on the personality of a person. Same with the ability to draw, to paint or any kind of skill on art.

I'm not good in painting but I do appreciate it. I find it amusing and it appeals to my aesthetic way of thinking. It makes me happy and comfortable.

Impressive but is it permanent as in tattoos or is this something that can be removed?

It is temporary. The paint used to paint the body of the model is water based. It's dissolved with water.

Thus it's easy to remove by soap and water. It's not advisable for the painter to an acrylic or enamel to paint their model. And besides nobody would dare to volunteer as a model when the paint is permanent.

wow man just mind blowing
If you personally witnessed how those artists are painting the body of their model, you will be amazed on how skilful they are

They've a good imagination of the concept which they want for their model to be painted. They're fast and very neat in doing a body painting
