Even though I've improved compared to some years ago, I'm not the most flexible person. I can barely touch my toes without bending my knees, if at all. Are you flexible? Secondly, do you normally practice/stretch to maintain or improve flexibility?
I try to be flexible. I can do a split actually I used to dance in my teen years. I try and work out everyday. I really want to be flexible forever hence I have to work for the flexibility.
