The lightweight clash between 2 champions will be on October 17 (US time). Undefeated IBF lightweight champion Teotimo Lopez with 15 wins and 12 KOs is the underdog when he faces WBA and WBO champion Vasiliy Lomachenko who has a fight record of 14 wins and 1 loss with 10 KOs. Lopez is only 23 years old while Lomachenko is 32. But despite the statistics in age and fight record, Lomachenko is the favorite in the betting.
 
The bout was pretty long that it reached 12 rounds for a unanimous decision. Unfortunately for the favorite in the betting, Teotimo Lopez not only survived the rally of Vasiliy Lomachenko in the later rounds but earned a convincing decision of 8 rounds to 4. The betting odds was +350 if Lopez would win which means those who bet on him won 350 for every 100 bet. Lomachenko suffered his 2nd loss while Lopez remained undefeated with his 15 wins and 10 KOs.
